Erftflitzer Lauf

The Erftflitzerlauf in Neuss-Holzheim is a family-friendly running event with a long tradition since 1993. The event offers various competitions for children, teenagers, and adults, ranging from short Bambini runs to 5.5 km for adults and youth. The race is characterized by its fun nature, emphasizing community spirit and the joy of running. The course takes place through the beautiful surroundings of Holzheim and provides suitable challenges for all age groups.

The Erftflitzerlauf includes several competitions with start times from 17:30, beginning with Bambini and children’s runs, followed by youth and adult races as well as relay races. The event is designed as a fun run without winner prizes; instead, there is a raffle. The age groups are clearly defined, with races for children born from 2019 up to adults. The event takes place at the sports facility in Holzheim. Races for all age groups, family-friendly, central location, known as Erftflitzerlauf since the 1990s.
