28. Hiddestorfer Rübenlauf

The 28th Hiddestorfer Beetroot Run is a family-friendly running event organized by the running club of Sportverein Eintracht Hiddestorf. The event offers courses over 1.4 km, 5.2 km, 10.1 km, and the Hemminger Half Marathon (21.3 km). In addition to the athletic competition, participants can enjoy a legendary runners' breakfast, cakes, waffles, grilled foods, drinks, and a varied supporting program with face painting for children. The event is open to all runners; membership in a club is not required.

Race bibs and chips will be issued on the day of the event from 7:00 a.m. The timing is done with a chip that must be returned after the run. There is a free Möhrrchen Run (500 m) for children up to 6 years old, without registration or entry fee. Changing rooms and showers are available at the sports and tennis hall near the start and finish. Parking is limited and up to 500 meters walking distance. Late registrations are only possible online until the registration deadline. The runners' breakfast is free for all participants and includes cheese, salami, baguette, and red wine (from 18 years).
