Race description
The hella marathon nacht rostock is an atmospheric sunset run set against the picturesque backdrop of the Haedgehalbinsel in Rostock’s city harbour. The event offers races over the marathon, half marathon, Rostocker 7 km and a schoolchildren’s race. All start at dusk and finish beneath bright lights. The route passes through the Warnow Tunnel and IGA Park, among other places, and is closed to traffic. The event combines a sporting challenge with northern German hospitality and a holiday atmosphere.
