22. Eilenriederennen Hannover

The Eilenriederennen Hannover is an established summer running event that takes place through the green lung of the state capital Lower Saxony. The popular race is offered in three different distances: 5 km, 10 km, and half marathon. The course is officially measured, mostly asphalted, and nearly flat, allowing for fast times. The event offers a pleasant atmosphere with musical entertainment in the beer garden and is part of the Sparkassen-Laufpass series of the Hanover region.

Number bib distribution on the day before (29.08.2026) from 15:00 to 17:00 at the Lister Tower beer garden is recommended to avoid delays. Late registrations are possible online until 29.08.2026 14:30 and on-site without surcharge, provided the race is not fully booked. Refreshment points at km 3, 5, 7, and 10 with water, isotonic drinks, and energy gels; at the finish line with watermelons and drinks. Timing is done with a chip integrated into the start number.
