22. Eilenriederennen Hannover

The Eilenriederennen Hannover is an established summer running event that takes runners through the green heart of the state capital of Lower Saxony. The race offers three different distances: 5 km, 10 km and a half marathon. The course is officially measured, mostly paved and almost completely flat, making it possible to run fast times. The event has a pleasant atmosphere, with a musical programme in the beer garden, and is part of the Sparkassen-Laufpass series in the Hannover region.

Race bib collection is recommended the day before (29.08.2026) from 15:00-17:00 at the Lister Turm beer garden to avoid delays. Late registration is available online until 29.08.2026 at 14:30 and on site at no extra charge, provided the race is not sold out. Refreshment stations at km 3, 5, 7 and 10 offer water, isotonic drinks and energy gels; watermelon and drinks are available at the finish. Timing is by chip integrated into the race bib. The event venue is Stadtteilzentrum Lister Turm, Walderseestr. 100, Hannover. Travelling by bicycle or public transport is recommended (Stadtbahn lines 3, 7 and 9, Lortzingstraße stop). The course is officially measured, with refreshment stations at km 3, 5, 7, 10 and at the finish; registration is online or on site; race bib collection is at the Lister Turm beer garden; the event takes place in summer.
