19. Muko-Spendenlauf Hannover

The 19th Muko Charity Run Hannover is an inclusive event taking place on 28 June 2026 at the VfL Eintracht Hannover sports ground. It is open to all ages and ability levels, whether you run, walk or stroll, with or without a disability. The aim is to raise donations for Haus Schutzengel, a guest house for parents and patients from cystic fibrosis families, near Hannover Medical School. Sponsors donate one euro for every lap completed on the 400-metre cinder track. The run promotes community and solidarity in the fight against cystic fibrosis.

The run takes place from 11:00 to 15:00. Each participant can run, walk or stroll as many laps as they like. Sponsors donate one euro per lap or a fixed total amount. A donation receipt is issued for donations of 20 euros or more. Certificates are awarded after the run. An online donation tool will be made available later. Hygiene rules must be observed; disinfectant will be available on site. Run on a 400m cinder track, donations from sponsors, online donation tool, changing rooms and showers available, no dogs allowed, refreshments at the club restaurant, children's activities, under the patronage of Tina Deeken.
