18. Osteroder Etappenmarathon - Etappe 2

The Osterode Stage Marathon is a unique marathon that divides the classic distance of 42.195 km into seven enjoyable after-work stages of 5 to 7 kilometres each. The route follows loops through the beautiful countryside around Osterode in the Harz foothills. The event is open to runners, walkers and Nordic walkers, and also offers a Kids’ stage for younger participants. The event is organised by regional clubs and will take place for the 18th time in 2026.

The stages start at 18:45 each day, except for the first stage on 21 June at 10:45 and the final stage on 27 June at 16:00. The awards ceremony takes place on 27 June at 18:00. Runners, walkers and Nordic walkers may participate. Minors need written consent from a parent or guardian. Club membership is not required. The event offers a family-friendly atmosphere with refreshment stations and social activities at the finish. Registration is mainly by email, and the routes are tailored to the stages scheduled for each day.
