14. Garbsener Citylauf

The 14th Garbsen City Run on June 12, 2026, is Garbsen’s largest sporting event and offers races for all ages and ability levels. There are six different races, from a 500-meter parent-and-child race to the 10,000-meter Agon Tax Run. The courses pass through Rathausplatz and the IGS grounds, as well as along Meyenfelder Straße and by Lake Berenbostel. The event is family-friendly and emphasizes fun and community, supported by a dedicated organizing team and numerous volunteers.

Race-bib pickup is on 11.06.2026 from 17:00 to 20:00 at Garbsener Sport-Club 67 e.V. and on race day from 14:30 in the town hall. Changing rooms and showers are located at the IGS. There will be an awards ceremony for timed races, with medals for all participants. Certificates can be printed on site for a fee or free of charge afterward. Late registration on race day is possible for an additional fee of €3. Several race categories held throughout the evening offer a wide range of opportunities for recreational runners and families.
