01. Okertalsperren Ultra-Marathon

The 1st Okertalsperren Ultra Marathon takes place on July 4, 2026, in Altenau in the Harz Mountains. The course covers 47.4 km and consists of three laps of a 15.8 km, mostly flat route around the main arm of the Okertalsperre reservoir. The route follows the forebay, crosses the dam and the main dam, and offers a scenic run with only gentle climbs. The event is suitable for experienced runners.
