ZVO Energie-Straßen-Lauf Rund um Ratekau

The ZVO Energie-Straßen-Lauf Rund um Ratekau takes place for the 36th time on June 7, 2026, offering runners distances of 2 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km, as well as a 400 m Bambini run. The courses are officially measured and suitable for record attempts, with the start and finish at the TSV Ratekau sports field. There are races for all ability levels, including a schoolchildren’s cup that runs throughout the calendar year. The event places great emphasis on safety, with road closures, and provides refreshments along the course and in the finish area.

Late entries are possible online and on site from June 1 for a fee of €3. Race bibs can be collected on June 6 from 17:00–19:00 and on June 7 from 8:00–10:00. Timing is provided by an integrated transponder attached to the race bib. There are two water stations along the course and refreshments at the finish. Changing rooms and showers are available.
