Wilstermarsch Lauf

The Wilstermarsch Run is a traditional running event in Wilster, taking place on September 19, 2026, for the 34th time. The event offers various race distances for children and adults, including 400 meters, 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km, passing through the scenic Wilstermarsch. In addition to the athletic competition, a lively supporting program with games, bouncy castles, a DJ, a barbecue stand, and refreshments provides entertainment and a feel-good atmosphere for participants and spectators. The run is part of the Steinburg Cup and attracts several hundred runners each year, supported by numerous volunteers.

The Wilstermarsch Run includes multiple races for different age groups and distances, including children’s runs from 400 meters, 2 km children’s race, 5 km, and 10 km runs, as well as 5 km walking. There is an extensive supporting program with bouncy castles, a DJ, barbecue stand, refreshments, and photo wall. The event is supported by approximately 40 volunteers and is part of the Steinburg Cup. Prizes and vouchers are raffled among participants, and milestone gifts are given to the 33rd finishers. Registrations are planned for spring 2026. The event is family-friendly, offering entertainment for all involved.
