Race description
The Wilstermarsch Run is a traditional running event in Wilster, taking place on September 19, 2026, for the 34th time. The event offers various race distances for children and adults, including 400 meters, 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km, passing through the scenic Wilstermarsch. In addition to the athletic competition, a lively supporting program with games, bouncy castles, a DJ, a barbecue stand, and refreshments provides entertainment and a feel-good atmosphere for participants and spectators. The run is part of the Steinburg Cup and attracts several hundred runners each year, supported by numerous volunteers.
