Sparkassen-Abendlauf

The Sparkassen Evening Run in Recklinghausen is a summer race organized by the Recklinghausen Athletics Club in cooperation with Sparkasse Vest Recklinghausen. Two courses are offered: 5 km (two laps) and 10 km (four laps) through the Hohenhorster Forest. Both courses are officially measured and eligible for rankings. As part of the evening run, the district championships over 10 km are also held, for which a valid start license in the FLVW district Recklinghausen is required.

The 5 km course consists of two laps, the 10 km course four laps through the Hohenhorster Forest. Participants in the 10 km district championship must check the appropriate box during registration and possess a valid start license.
