Seidenraupen Cross

The Seidenraupen Cross in Krefeld is one of the most interesting cross-country races in North Rhine-Westphalia, organised in a friendly, family atmosphere. Runners can look forward to challenging 6.5 km and 16 km courses through Krefeld’s largest nature reserve, the Hülser Bruch, with tough climbs, fast descents and beautiful natural scenery. Alongside the main races, there are also children’s races at the Hülser district sports complex. The event offers a varied, nature-filled running experience for beginners and experienced runners alike.

The start for hikers, walkers and Nordic walkers is at 10 a.m. Registration is open until one hour before the race. The course distances are approximately 6.5 km and 16 km, and can also be covered on foot. The children’s races take place at the sports complex on Hölschen Dyk. The event supports social projects every year. Trail and cross-country sections; routes on forest and hiking trails; start and finish at the Hölschen Dyk sports ground; registration until one hour before the race.
