Rheinhöhenlauf - RUN50

The Rheinhöhenlauf RUN50 is a three-day running event featuring three varied stages over a total of 50 kilometres and around 1,000 metres of elevation gain. The event combines a sporting challenge with a friendly, personal atmosphere, making it ideal for running enthusiasts who want to pair their sport with a short getaway. It is organised by a dedicated team from TV Linz, BBC Linz and VfB Linz. Alongside the course, the event offers an attractive programme including refreshments, luggage transport, a finisher’s medal, a technical shirt, a finger-food buffet and a ride on a historic railbus. Proceeds go to the organising clubs and the support association of Franziskus Hospital Linz.

The entry fee includes not only the sporting challenge but also a high-quality technical shirt, a finisher’s medal, a finger-food buffet called “That’s a great start” and a ride on the historic railbus. The event is organised in a personal, friendly way, with a motivated team of volunteers and a well-rounded programme.
