Race description
The REHAmed Hercules Mountain Run is a challenging mountain run through the Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park in Kassel, which takes place almost exclusively on paved natural paths. The course passes numerous sights such as the Löwenburg, the Steinhöfer Waterfall, and ends at the Hercules Monument. The race is open to runners and walkers and offers individual and relay categories for teams of three, making it ideal for families, clubs, and companies. Changing rooms and showers are available at the nearby Reform School gymnasium, and a luggage transport to the finish line is organized.

Additional information
Luggage transport to the finish from 10 a.m. at the starting area. Return to the start is self-organized on foot or by bus line 22. Changing rooms and showers are available at the Reform School gymnasium. The relay is scored by adding the times of the three individual segments; there are no age group categories for relays. The course runs on paved natural paths and asphalt. Registration is online via RaceResult. Start and finish are located in Kassel at Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park. Medals are made of wood, T-shirts can be ordered, and showers and changing rooms are available at the Reform School gymnasium.
