Raesfelder Mai-Lauf

The Raesfeld May Run takes place annually on the last Friday in May and offers a varied running programme for all age groups. From the 400 m Bambini races for kindergarten children to the 5 km and 10 km races for adults, there is something for everyone. There is also a 5 km team run, encouraging the fun of running together. The 5 km and 10 km courses are measured by the German Athletics Association (DLV) and are therefore eligible for inclusion in rankings.

Start times: 16:00 Bambini races (400 m), 17:00 1,000 m schoolchildren’s race, 17:30 2.3 km schoolchildren’s race, 18:00 10 km Volksbank Run, 18:05 5 km walking race, 19:30 5 km company, family and team run. The 10 km course consists of two laps of the 5 km loop. Part of the Lippe-Issel Cup, registration required, family-friendly, various categories.
