Osnabrücker 6-Stunden-Lauf

The Osnabrück 6-Hour Run takes place on 22 August 2026 at Rubbenbruchsee in Osnabrück and celebrates its 10th edition. The run is a charity event supporting HelpAge’s “Every Grandma Counts” campaign and is open to all runners who want to cover as many kilometres as possible within six hours. Whether you are an ambitious runner, training for a marathon, or simply interested in running, walking or hiking together in the beautiful landscape around the lake, everyone is welcome. The event offers individual and relay entries and focuses on community and a good cause.

Briefing at 09:45, with attendance required for all runners. Relay teams: minimum 3, maximum 6 participants. The legendary “Every Grandma Counts” running shirt can be ordered for 25 euros when registering (sizes S/M/L; other sizes available on request). No refunds for failure to attend. The event supports the charitable organisation HelpAge Deutschland e.V. The route is a 3,130 m paved circuit around Rubbenbruchsee; the run is inclusive; refreshments and race materials are available on site; charity run supporting HelpAge Deutschland.
