Oldersumer Appel-Loop

The Oldersumer Appel-Loop is a popular race that runs through the picturesque parks of Oldersum, along the Rorichumer Tief canal, and through the "alte Seilerei" museum. The course ends in the apple park, where the Oldersumer Apple Market takes place simultaneously and offers refreshments. In addition to the main runs over 5 km and 10 km, there is also a 5 km walking route and children's races over 800 meters for various age groups. The race is part of the East Frisian 7 Race Series and provides a pleasant atmosphere for runners of all ages.

Late registrations are possible on the day of the event until 30 minutes before the start of each race. The Appel-Loop is part of the East Frisian 7 Race Series, where participants can receive a series shirt by participating in at least 5 of the 7 races. Races include 800m for children, 5km walking, and 5km and 10km main runs, through parklands and the museum "alte Seilerei".
