Offenbacher Behörden- und Volkswaldlauf

The Offenbach Authorities and Volkswald Run is a traditional running event that has taken place annually since 1972. The race is open to municipal employees, company sports participants and guest runners, who compete on forest paths in Offenbach am Main. The course is 100% forest paths, with the start and finish at the clock tower in front of the AWO/WHG buildings. In addition to individual events, there are team classifications, with trophies for the winners. The event takes place in all weather conditions and offers shower and changing facilities as well as free refreshments after the finish.

The Authorities Forest Run takes place in all weather conditions. Shower and changing facilities are available at the Arbeiterwohlfahrt recreation grounds. Free tea is offered after the finish. The award ceremonies include trophies for team winners and individual events. For travel, participants are advised to use the car park at Nasses Dreieck, opposite the Stadthalle. The course consists entirely of forest paths, with the start and finish at the clock tower in front of the AWO/WHG buildings. Registration is open until November 6, 2025; late entries are accepted until 9:30 a.m. on race day. Free tea, changing rooms and showers are available.
