Oettinger Stadtlauf

The Oettingen City Run takes place on August 8, 2026, as part of the city festival "Summer in the City" in downtown Oettingen. The event offers races for children, teenagers, and adults with timing for the main and youth races as well as for walkers. The courses lead through the historic city center and provide a sporting challenge for all age groups. The event is organized by TSV Oettingen, Department of Running, Triathlon, and Athletics, and is a popular local race event with a family-friendly character.

Children's race without timing, registration possible via Oettingen holiday program, late registration on the event day with additional fee, medals and drinks for children and youth races, prizes for the top three boys and girls in the youth race, walk and main race with timing, start times staggered from 4:00 PM. The course is mostly flat, asphalt and cobblestone, start and finish at the marketplace, participation open to all physically trained individuals, city championship for residents of Oettingen.
