Mut-Lauf

The MUT-LAUF Kiel is an annual running event that promotes greater openness and courage in addressing mental illness. Its aim is to take a stand against stigma and raise awareness of mental health. The event celebrates moving together without pressure to perform and is open to everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or physical limitations. Alongside the run, there is a varied program featuring music, interviews, food and drink, and a marketplace with information on mental health and prevention.

Registration is available online via the Davengo portal or in person at KIELER FENSTER, Ambulantes Zentrum. The event takes place every year on the Saturday before Kiel Week begins. The program includes activities for the whole family and a marketplace featuring self-help groups and social services. The MUT-LAUF 2026 takes place on June 13, 2026, with registration via the Davengo portal. Entry fees are €10 for adults and €5 for children. Information about self-help groups and a sociable accompanying program will be provided.
