Mut-Lauf

The MUT-LAUF Kiel is an annual running event that advocates for greater openness and courage in dealing with mental health issues. The goal is to make a stand against stigma and to raise awareness for mental health. The run represents communal activity without competitive pressure and is open to all people, regardless of age, fitness level, or physical limitations. In addition to the run, there is a diverse accompanying program with music, interviews, culinary offerings, and a market of possibilities with information on mental health and prevention.

Registration is available online via the Davengo portal or in person at the KIELER FENSTER, Ambulant Center. The event takes place annually on the Saturday before the start of Kiel Week. There is an accompanying program with participatory activities for the whole family and a market of possibilities with self-help groups and social organizations. The MUT-LAUF 2026 will be held on June 13, 2026, with registration through the Davengo portal. Participation fees are €10 for adults and €5 for children. Information about self-help groups and a friendly supporting program are offered.
