Mühlenlauf in Laar

The Mühlenlauf in Laar has been organized by SV Grenzland Laarwald since 1986 and takes place annually on the third weekend in September. Runners of all ages can choose between 2 km, 5 km and 10 km courses. The start and finish are both by the historic windmill, which, together with the windmill association, creates a welcoming atmosphere. Drinks and refreshments are provided for participants and spectators.

The Mühlenlauf is organized in cooperation with the sports club. The windmill and the local heritage house can be rented for celebrations. Drinks and refreshments are available on site for runners and spectators. The Mühlenlauf takes place in September, with drinks and refreshments provided. Advance registration is possible; late registration is available on site. The event takes place in all weather conditions.
