Race description
The Memmingen Old Town Run is a traditional race through the historic old town of Memmingen. The course is a flat, paved loop approximately 1 km long, passing through the picturesque old town. The event is open to club, professional, and amateur runners and features professional timing with a transponder. Start and finish are located at the marketplace, where the award ceremony also takes place. All participants receive a high-quality towel as a souvenir gift.

Additional information
Number bibs are issued from 12:30 PM at the marketplace. Chip timing via transponder in the bib. In the main race, results are based on net time; in other competitions, on gross time. Changing rooms and showers are available at Bismarck-Elsbethenschule sports hall, St. Josefs Kirchplatz 3. Parking is available in the Stadthalle and Krautstraße parking garages. The event takes place in all weather conditions. Award ceremony begins around 4:00 PM (individual starters) or 4:30 PM (company teams) at the marketplace. Each participant receives a high-quality towel with the event logo as a souvenir. The top three finishers in each age group receive material prizes, certificates for children, and podium awards for the main race. Team rankings are available for authorities and company teams in the main race (5 participants per team, mixed male/female). Moderation and musical entertainment provided by Andreas Schales from Hitradio RT1. Online registration is open until September 16; late registrations are possible for an additional fee. High-quality souvenirs and prizes are awarded. The event takes place in all weather conditions.
