Mainauenlauf 2026

The Mainauenlauf 2026 will take place on June 14th on the grounds of the former State Garden Show in Bayreuth. The scenic, challenging hilly course runs through green park areas with magnificent panoramas over the city. Various distances are offered, including 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, Nordic walking, as well as children's and youth runs. A special highlight is the atmospheric finish line in the Finisher Park with excellent catering and a unique finisher medal. Additionally, city championships across all distances will be held for the first time.

Showers are open at the School Center East until 3:00 PM. There is a photo booth at the start/finish area. Clothing bags can be handed in at the Finisher Park and collected until 3:00 PM. Group warm-up on Saturday at 6:30 PM in the Finisher Park. Refreshment stations at km 2, 3, 6, 7 with water, isotonic drinks, baked goods, and fruit. Sanitary facilities are available near the finish area and at the Sports Center East. Courses: 5 km, 10 km, half marathon, relay races, Nordic walking, children's and youth runs; start on the grounds of the State Garden Show; refreshments at several points; finish in the Finisher Park.
