Maare Mosel Lauf

The Maare-Mosel Run is a scenic adventure race in the Eifel, taking place on August 29, 2026, in Gillenfeld. The course passes by mysterious maars, rugged rocks, and gently rolling hills, offering runners a unique natural experience with magnificent views. There are three main routes for beginners and professionals, as well as age-appropriate children's races. In addition to the sporting event, participants can enjoy an attractive supporting program with live music and award ceremonies.

Late registrations are possible on-site with a late registration fee of €5. Race bibs will be sent by mail upon registration until 7 days before the event; otherwise, they can be picked up on the day of the event from 15:00 at the school in Gillenfeld. There is a lively supporting program with live music and award ceremonies starting at 19:30. The races take place on the grounds around Gillenfeld's primary and secondary school plus. Three routes are available, including a 5 km route around Pulvermaar; scenic trail with elevation meters; online registration is possible.
