Lingener Citylauf

The Lingen City Run is a traditional race held annually on and around the Lingen marketplace. For the 35th time, the city center transforms into a sporting stage full of energy and community. The event offers various distances, including a 5 km and 10 km run, as well as a 10-kilometer relay race with up to 100 teams. The course runs through the city center and is part of the EL Cup. The event is a highlight for runners and spectators from the region and beyond.

Late registrations are possible on race day until 45 minutes before the start for a fee of €3.00. Bib number pickup begins on race day from 10:00 AM. Changing rooms and sanitary facilities are available at the Bäumerstraße sports hall, approximately 500 meters from the marketplace. Timing is done with transponders on the bib numbers, which must be returned after the race. Parking options include the underground parking lot at the marketplace and the Alter Pferdemarkt parking lot. Downtown parking is limited on the event day due to street closures. Start and finish are on the Lingen marketplace, parking is available in the city center, changing rooms are in the Bäumerstraße sports hall, and there is no timing for the children's race.
