Lembecker Galgenberglauf

The Lembecker Galgenberglauf is a traditional race with over 40 years of history, taking place in the Hohe Mark Nature Park. The courses run through gently hilly forested areas and offer runners a special natural experience. Various distances are offered, from a 400 m toddler run to the main 10 km race, as well as walking and Nordic walking routes. The event is family-friendly and suitable for all age groups.

Start times staggered by distance and age group from 09:30 to 10:40 AM. Refreshments with tea and water available at the start and finish areas, breakfast is offered. No showers or changing facilities available. Late registration fee for personal registration on the event day is €3.00. Race on forest paths with slight inclines, registration online or on the event day, no showers or changing rooms, refreshments with tea, water, and breakfast.
