Lauf um und am Gartower See

The run around and along Gartow Lake is a traditional running event held on the lake’s north shore in Gartow. The event is organized by the SV Gartow sports club, which has supported sporting activities and community in the region since 1946. The start and finish are centrally located in town, creating a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

SV Gartow is a long-established club with more than 600 members, offering a wide range of sports and regularly hosting events that attract participants from beyond the region. The running event is part of a vibrant sports community supported by volunteers. There are no fixed triathlon training times, but participants arrange individual meetups and take part in competitions. The event takes place in a scenic setting that also offers opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. It includes races for children, young people, adults, and seniors, with start times from 19:00. It is a great opportunity to experience nature and take part in sport.
