Race description
LAUF10! is a training project by the Bavarian Athletics Association that gets people who are not keen on exercise ready to run 10 kilometres in ten weeks. The programme is for anyone who wants to go from zero to running 10 kilometres and has already inspired many thousands of participants. An official fan shirt is also available to order. LAUF10! promotes the joy of running and fitness in a supportive community.

The official LAUF10! shirt (an ERIMA performance shirt) can be ordered for 24,90 euros plus shipping. Shipping will take place no earlier than the end of March. LAUF10! is a project of the Bavarian Athletics Association, with extensive partner associations and training programmes. Training starts on 27.04.2026; the final run takes place on 11.07.2026 in Wolnzach and is specially designed for beginners.
