The Kassel Women’s Run is a charity run for women in Kassel-Wehlheiden, traditionally held on the first weekend in September at the Buchenau athletics track. The event focuses on exercise without performance pressure: there is no timing, no ranking and no pressure to set personal bests. Participants can run, jog, walk or stroll, with short children’s races as well as 5 km and 10 km run-walk routes on flat courses.
