IWB Laurentiuslauf x Landkreislauf

The IWB Laurentiuslauf x Landkreislauf takes place annually in Bobingen. This long-standing running event follows unique trails and enchanting paths through the western forests of Augsburg. Alongside the sporting competition, it supports a vocational training project at Bobingen Middle School, giving participation a social purpose. The event also features a career-orientation rally that gives young people exciting insights into regional vocational training opportunities. The race is part of a lively community of dedicated sponsors and volunteers and is always held on the third Sunday in September.

Participation supports the vocational training project at Bobingen Middle School, and all entry-fee proceeds go directly to the project. A career-orientation rally with stamp stations and a raffle for students in Grade 5 and above takes place alongside the race. The rally is hosted by well-known presenters and offers lots of small prizes, as well as a meet and greet with an FCA player for the whole class.
