Race description
The IWB Laurentiuslauf x District Run takes place annually in Bobingen and is a traditional running event that leads through the unique trails and enchanted paths in Augsburg's western forests. In addition to the sporting competition, supporting an educational project of the Mittelschule Bobingen is a focus, making participation also serve a social purpose. The event also offers a career orientation rally that provides young people with exciting insights into regional training professions. The run is embedded in a lively community with dedicated sponsors and helpers and always takes place on the third Sunday in September.

Additional information
Participation supports the educational project of Mittelschule Bobingen, with the proceeds from entry fees directly funding this project. Parallel to the run, there is a career orientation rally with stamp stations and a raffle for students from 5th grade onwards. The rally is accompanied by well-known moderators and offers many small prizes as well as a meet & greet with an FCA player for the entire class. Trail terrain, supports regional educational projects, offers diverse running routes, and features a comprehensive supporting program.
