IRT - Läufermeeting

The IRT Running Meeting takes place annually in early October at the premises of the Trier Region Industrial Park (IRT) in Föhren. The event offers super flat, very fast, and officially DLV-measured courses that are ideal for personal best times. Disciplines offered include 10 km, 5 km, and 1 km for children and adolescents. Net time measurement is used for all races except the Bambini race, with a single-use bib with an integrated transponder. Changing and shower facilities are available at the nearby Föhren elementary school.

Late registrations on the day of the event are possible on-site until at least one hour before the start of each discipline for an additional fee (Bambini and children’s races free of charge). Bib number distribution on the day of the event on-site until 5 minutes before the start. Changing and shower facilities are approximately 3 km away at Föhren elementary school. Toilets are available in the start/finish area. The event takes place annually in early October, with online registration via Chiplauf. It offers an excellent opportunity for runners to achieve personal best times and participate in regional competitions.
