IRT - Läufermeeting

The IRT Running Meeting takes place annually in early October on the grounds of the Trier Region Industrial Park (IRT) in Föhren. The event offers super-flat, super-fast courses officially measured by the DLV, ideal for personal bests. Events are held over 10 km, 5 km and 1 km for children and young people. Net timekeeping is used in all races except the Bambini run, with a single-use race number featuring an integrated transponder. Changing and shower facilities are available at the nearby Föhren primary school.

Late entries are accepted at the venue on race day up to one hour before the start of the respective event, for an additional fee (no extra charge for the Bambini and children’s races). Race numbers can be collected at the venue on race day until 5 minutes before the start. Changing and shower facilities are approximately 3 km away at Föhren primary school. Toilets are available in the start/finish area. The event takes place annually in early October, with online registration via Chiplauf. It offers runners an excellent opportunity to achieve personal bests and take part in regional competitions.
