Race description
The International City Run Saarburg takes place on July 3, 2026, for the 11th time and offers runners a fast course through the picturesque city center of Saarburg. The route includes passages through the old town tunnel, along the Saar River, and up to Kruterberg, with start and finish at the former bus station near the leisure and indoor pool. The event attracts around 800 participants annually and concludes with an award ceremony on the fruit market stage as part of the Saarburg Market Days. There are various distances for different runners, from the toddler run to the main 10 km race.
