The TV Schwafheim hosts the 52nd International Volkslauf, the 38th International Half Marathon, and the 22nd Walking Race in Moers-Schwafheim. There are races for children, adults, and walkers with distances from 500 meters up to the half marathon. The course is traffic-safe and closed off, with multiple refreshment stations and timing via Race Result System. The race is family-friendly and targets local club runners as well as half marathoners seeking a communal atmosphere.
