Idar-Obersteiner Altstadtlauf

The Idar-Oberstein Old Town Run is a traditional running event in the historic Old Town of Oberstein, taking place annually on the last Saturday in June. The event includes six different races for various age groups, from U8 children to adults, with distances ranging from 370 meters to approximately 6.5 kilometers. The course runs through the pedestrian zone below the prominent Felsenkirche, a landmark of the city. Start and finish are located behind the Tourist Information in Oberstein. Participation fees are intentionally kept low to enable broad participation.

No late registrations are possible after the registration deadline. The event includes six separate races for different age groups. Typical June weather with around 23 °C and mostly sunny.
