Race description
The Hotfoot Run Bad Hönningen is an exciting obstacle race taking place on October 11, 2026, suitable for all performance levels with distances ranging from 7 to 26 kilometers. The course runs through the idyllic spa town of Bad Hönningen on the Rhine, passing vineyards, historic buildings, and offering varied terrain with many elevation changes. Participants can expect spectacular obstacles, mud, water slides, and a unique atmosphere with a spectacular starting show alongside the sporting challenge. The race is ideal for individual runners, teams, and families who want to experience fun and adventure together.

Additional information
Start and finish are located in the center of Bad Hönningen directly on the Rhine. There is a mega starting show with bands and DJs before the mass start. Group discounts are available for 6 or more participants. The Family Edition is for children from 12 years old with adult supervision on a 7 km course. There are various starting groups (Overachievers, Vertical Starters, Endurance Runners, Late Bloomers) for different performance levels. The event includes water and mud obstacles, group discounts upon registration, music, costumes, and various distances, including a family edition for children from 12 years old with supervision.
