Hotfoot Run Bad Hönningen

The Hotfoot Run Bad Hönningen is an exciting obstacle race on 11 October 2026, with distances of 7 to 26 kilometres to suit all ability levels. The route runs through the picturesque spa town of Bad Hönningen on the Rhine, past vineyards and historic buildings, and features varied terrain with plenty of elevation gain. Alongside the sporting challenge, participants can expect spectacular obstacles, mud, water slides and a unique atmosphere with a spectacular opening show. The race is ideal for individuals, teams and families looking to enjoy fun and adventure together.

The start and finish are right in the centre of Bad Hönningen, directly on the Rhine. There is a mega opening show featuring bands and DJs before the mass start. Group discounts are available for groups of 6 or more. The Family Edition is for children aged 12 and over, accompanied by an adult, on a 7 km route. There are different start groups (Überflieger, Senkrechtstarter, Dauerbrenner, Spätzünder) for different ability levels. The event includes water and mud obstacles, group discounts when registering, music, costumes and various distances, including a family edition for children aged 12 and over accompanied by an adult.
