Race description
The Halloween Run Bremen 2026 takes place on October 31 and offers runners a spooky running experience around the Werdersee. With five different course lengths from 1 km to the marathon over 42.195 km, there is something for every performance level. The courses are measured according to the rules of the German Athletics Association and are eligible for best lists, emphasizing the competitive aspect. In addition to the sporting event, participants can expect a creepy atmosphere with costumes, lights, and fog, as well as an award ceremony and a final fireworks display.

Additional information
The award ceremony for the Spook Run takes place immediately after crossing the finish line, with others following later. A spectacular fireworks display begins at 18:00. There are also relay competitions for the marathon (5-person relay). The bib with RFID chip serves as a baton and must be brought by the relay team themselves. Costumes are explicitly encouraged but not mandatory. Participants can register online, with various distances and relay options. The event takes place at night and offers a spooky atmosphere.
