Halbmarathon Altötting

The Altötting Half Marathon on September 20, 2026, is one of the fastest nature runs in the world and has been awarded 5 stars by European Athletics. The course is 80% on paved forest paths in the Altötting Forest, and is flat, sheltered from the wind, and has little asphalt. In addition to the half marathon, the event offers a 6 km race and a fun run. Free childcare is available for children aged 5 and over, and numerous bands and music along the course create a lively atmosphere.

Start and finish at the intersection of Burghauser Str./Traunsteiner Str. Race numbers are non-transferable. Pacemakers are available for 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, and 2:30 hours. Changing rooms and showers are available at schools and at the sports field. Free city tour on Saturday, 19.09. at 4 p.m.; advance registration required. Free childcare for children aged 5 and over (advance registration required). Finishers receive a specially designed medal and a personalized certificate online. Free massage in the refreshments area. Forest course, 5 aid stations, childcare, changing rooms, showers, start at 10:00 a.m., course closes at 1:00 p.m.
