Race description
The Reichenau 24-hour race is an exceptional ultra-distance run on Reichenau Island, appealing to individual runners, six-person teams, and corporate teams. The event takes place around the clock, from Saturday noon to Sunday noon, challenging participants' endurance and stamina on a prepared course around Hochwart. The race has established itself as an impressive sporting challenge, attracting both amateur athletes and ambitious competitors. The atmosphere is characterized by community and sporting ambition, supported by a runner's camp and dedicated organization.

Participation possible as an individual runner, six-person team, or corporate team. There is a runner's camp at the 'Mofarennen-Acker' as a resting place. The event is organized by two running clubs. The best individual runners are awarded with vegetables. The course around Hochwart features unpaved paths, no asphalt, and is suitable for both hobby and professional runners. The route is closed to traffic.
