Grafschafter Ahrtal-Lauf

The Grafschafter Ahrtal Run is a traditional race event organized jointly by the clubs SV Dernau, SV Hönningen/Ahr, and Grafschafter SV. The event offers various distances for all age groups, including 400m and 1km children's runs, 5km and 10km races, as well as a 5km walking competition. Start and finish are at the sports field in Grafschaft-Vettelhoven, and the course runs over field paths, partly with gravel and paved sections. The event is part of the Ahrtal-Team-Cup race series and provides a family-friendly atmosphere with changing and shower facilities on site.

Late registrations are possible on race day until half an hour before the start. Parking is available directly at the sports field. Changing and shower facilities are located in the sports clubhouse at the sports field. Award ceremonies take place around 10:45 AM for the 5/10km races and around 12:30 PM for age groups of the 10km race, followed by the children's runs. The courses lead through the Grafschafter Forest and the vineyards of the Ahr Valley; online registration is possible; parking at the sports field; changing and shower facilities in the sports clubhouse; proceeds go to local sports clubs.
