Drei-Täler-Lauf

The 3-Täler-Lauf, organised by TV Mettingen 1930 e.V., takes place on 26 September 2026 and takes participants along varied routes through the three valleys of Fahlbachtal, Ölmühlental and Köllbachtal in the Tecklenburger Land. The main 14.1 km race features challenging, undulating terrain and impressive views of Querenberg, Schafberg and Schniederberg. There is also an 8.3 km 2-Täler-Lauf and a Nordic walking option for beginners and experienced athletes alike. Children are warmly invited to take part in an 800 m junior race and a 400 m Bambini race, with fun taking priority for the youngest participants. The event is family-friendly and offers one-time-chip timing, as well as showers and changing rooms at Ludgeri-Schule.

Timing is provided by a Runtiming one-time chip, integrated into the race number and included in the entry fee. The finish closes at 16:30; participants finishing after that time will not be recorded. Showers and changing rooms are available in the sports hall at Ludgeri-Schule. The three fastest women and men in the main and 2-Täler-Lauf races, as well as the three fastest boys and girls in the junior race, receive awards. Personal race certificates showing finishing times can be downloaded free of charge from the Runtiming website. Results are linked online at www.tvmettingen.de. Award ceremonies take place after the respective races. The route passes through the valleys of the Tecklenburger Land and has challenging terrain. Children’s races and parking are available; online registration is possible.
