Drei-Länder-Lauf

The Three-Country Run takes place on June 14, 2026, in Arenshausen and connects the regions of Thuringia, Lower Saxony, and Hesse. The event offers various race distances, including 1.2 km, 2 km, 5 km, and 13 km, some of which are loop courses and others are point-to-point routes. In addition to the main races, there is a Bambini run for preschool children without timing, as well as Nordic walking as a non-competitive activity. The run has a long tradition as a symbol of the region's unification after German reunification.

Late registrations are possible up to 30 minutes before the start with an additional fee of 2.00 EUR, excluding children's runs. Changing rooms and showers are available at the sports hall. Parking is available directly at the sports field in Arenshausen. Nordic walking (approx. 8 km) starts around 14:00 without ranking or entry fee. Bambini run (400 m) for preschool children without timing or placement. No entry fee for the main race, online registration from May 1 to June 11, 2026. Parking available, changing rooms and showers at the sports hall.
