Drei-Länder-Lauf

The Three-Country Run takes place on June 14, 2026, in Arenshausen and connects the regions of Thuringia, Lower Saxony, and Hesse. The event offers several race distances, including 1.2 km, 2 km, 5 km, and 13 km, with a mix of loop courses and out-and-back routes. In addition to the main races, there is a fun run for preschool children with no timing, as well as Nordic walking as a non-competitive event. The run has a long tradition as a symbol of the region growing together after German reunification.

Late entries are possible up to 30 minutes before the starts, with a late-entry surcharge of 2.00 EUR, except for the children's races. Changing and shower facilities are available in the sports building. Parking is available directly at the Arenshausen sports field. Nordic walking (approx. 8 km) starts at approx. 14:00 with no rankings and no entry fee. The 400 m fun run is for preschool children, with no timing or placings. There is no entry fee for the main race. Online registration is open from 01.05. to 11.06.2026. Parking and changing and shower facilities in the sports building are available.
