Citylauf Leer

The City Run Leer is a traditional race event taking place on September 20, 2026, in the city center of Leer at Denkmalsplatz. The event offers races for various age groups and distances, including Bambino, Teen, 5 km, and 10 km runs. The course runs on closed circuits through the city center and provides refreshment stations along the route and at the finish area. All participants receive a T-shirt (while supplies last), attractive prizes, and certificates for the top runners. The event is open to individual and team competitions and takes place in all weather conditions.

Race bibs will be distributed on the day of the event from 10:00 AM at Denkmalsplatz. Late registrations are possible on the event day from 10:00 AM until 45 minutes before the respective start. Each participant will receive a T-shirt upon return of the race bib, while supplies last. The top three finishers in each race will receive prizes/gift vouchers and a certificate/medal. There is a team classification for the 5 km run with at least 3 runners per team. The event takes place in all weather conditions. Participation with animals is prohibited. The course is on a closed circuit in the city center, with refreshments along the route, online certificate printing, team classification, race bibs with deposit, no participation with animals.
