Biegerparklauf

The Biegerparklauf in Duisburg-Huckingen is an officially DLV-measured race on asphalt, with distances of 1.2 km for schoolchildren, 5 km for everyone, and 10 km for youth and adults. The races follow a loop through Biegerpark, with the final 300 meters run on the stadium’s cinder track. All participants receive certificates; schoolchildren and Bambinis receive Weckmänner, and the top runners are awarded medals. The event is organized by Sportgemeinschaft Duisburg-Süd 98/20 e.V. and offers a family-friendly atmosphere for runners of all ages.

Late entries are possible in limited numbers on the event day, up to 30 minutes before the start. Certificates are issued online and at the venue, where there may be a wait. Schoolchildren and Bambinis receive Weckmänner at the finish. The event provides sports liability insurance under the NRW sports aid insurance agreement. The final 300 meters are run on the stadium’s cinder track.
