Berliner Wasserbetriebe 5x5 km TEAM-Staffel

The Berliner Wasserbetriebe 5 x 5 km TEAM Relay is a unique relay race in Berlin’s Tiergarten, putting team spirit and shared experiences at its heart. Five team members each run 5 km on a scenic course between the Victory Column and the Federal Chancellery. The event is ideal for anyone who wants to take on sporting challenges together and have fun, regardless of ability level. The exchange zone in the start/finish area is a lively meeting point full of motivation and emotion. After the race, all participants receive a special medal symbolizing team unity.

The start takes place in waves (1, 2 or 3) to avoid congestion. Timing is recorded using a relay baton with an integrated timing chip, supplied by the organizer and required for use. The time limit for the relay is 3 hours. Snack bags are provided as an environmentally friendly alternative to picnic baskets; participants are asked to bring their own water bottles or reusable cups.
