The BROCKENHEROES Mountain Time Trial and Mountain Cycling Race is a challenging individual time competition in the Harz, taking place on September 26, 2026, in Schierke. Participants compete on various courses up to 24 km in length with up to 900 meters of elevation gain, including road cycling, mountain biking, unicycling, running, roller skiing, and Nordic walking. The event offers a unique challenge against the clock, the mountain, and oneself, starting on Brockenstraße and finishing at the Brocken plateau. The atmosphere is characterized by sporting ambition and the impressive natural scenery of the Harz.

Race bibs can be collected on Friday from 16:00 to 19:00 and on race day from 8:00. Electronic timing, medical support, drinks, and catering at the finish line are included. The event offers a panoramic view from the Brocken plateau to several distant cities and sights. After the race, there is a recovery walk to cheer on the subsequent starters. Participants under 15 years old require parental permission, and supervision is mandatory.
