Benin Benefiz-Lauf

The Benin Charity Run is a scenic running event in Hirzweiler, taking place for the 19th time on September 26, 2026. The course offers panoramic views across the Ill Valley and runs mostly along paved farm roads. The event supports aid projects in Benin, with the proceeds and entry fees going to AG Benin. In addition to the race, participants can enjoy a generous cake buffet, grilled sausages and drinks at the Dorfwaldhalle Hirzweiler, followed by the awards ceremony.

On-site late registration is available with no late-registration fee. The event is part of the LLG Illtal Cup, alongside the Illinger City Run and the Friendship Run.
