Barumer Stick and Stone Run

The Barumer Stick and Stone Run is a challenging obstacle race taking place on August 22, 2026, at Barumer Waldstadion and in the surrounding wooded, hilly landscape of the Lüneburg Heath. The course follows sandy, muddy, and partly overgrown trails, with water obstacles such as ditches and a village pond. The event offers runners a varied challenge in a natural setting and is suitable for individuals and groups. Participants receive a medal and refreshments in the finish area.

Individual start times between 2 and 4 p.m. will be sent to participants by email by August 21, 2026. The start and finish are at Barumer Waldstadion. Groups of 10 or more starters can take advantage of a discount promotion in which every fifth starter runs for free. Race packets are distributed at the race office 30 minutes before each start time. There is a wash area on site, and drinks and snacks are available in the finish area. The race takes place at Barumer Waldstadion and is suitable for all ability levels. Training plans and a family-friendly atmosphere also put the fun of obstacle racing first.
