Bad Dürkheimer Berglauf mit RLP-Meisterschaft

The 29th Bad Dürkheim Mountain Race with the Rhineland-Palatinate Championships takes place on 17 October 2026. The route leads from the sports hall of the vocational schools in Bad Dürkheim up to the Bismarck Tower on the Peterskopf. Over a distance of 8.7 km, runners climb 510 metres, mostly on varied forest paths and trails with stones, roots and steps. The race is a DLV-sanctioned competition with several age categories and a team classification. Alongside the sporting competition, the event offers a friendly atmosphere, refreshments and return transport for participants.

The entry fee includes federation and mountain-running cup fees, timing, a rental chip (to be returned at the finish), a clothing bag and transport for clothing, a sports drink, bananas, a rental cup (to be returned at the finish), a photo frame, the bus journey back, a sparkling-wine stand along the return route, and free certificate printing via my.raceresult.com. On-site late registration is possible, but not for the Rhineland-Palatinate Championships. Non-cash and special prizes are awarded at the prize-giving ceremony; prizes are given only to participants who are present.
