Bad Buchauer Stadtlauf mit Federseehalbmarathon

The 25th Bad Buchau City Run with the Federsee Half Marathon takes place on July 11, 2026, offering runners a varied experience. The half-marathon course passes through the historic town center of Bad Buchau, the spa gardens, and the largest nature reserve in southwestern Germany around Lake Federsee. The course is mostly flat, with an elevation difference of approximately 35 meters. It runs partly on asphalt, partly on gravel paths, and partly along a roughly 1 km-long wooden boardwalk through an unspoiled protected forest. Several aid stations along the course provide water, isotonic drinks, and fruit.

Late registration is possible on race day until 30 minutes before the respective start. Late registration fee: €5 for the half marathon and 10 km race, €3 for the 5 km race. Race packets can be collected from 07:00 at the race office in the foyer of the Kurzentrum Bad Buchau. There are 8 aid stations along the course providing water; isotonic drinks and fruit are also available in Seekirch (km 12) and at the finish.
