Alzauenlauf TSV Trostberg

The Alzauenlauf in Trostberg is a long-running event taking place on 14 November 2026. The 10 km main course runs through the picturesque Trostberg Alzauen, an idyllic wooded area along the Alz, the outflow of Lake Chiemsee. The course combines pleasant natural forest trails with a lap in the stadium, offering a varied running experience. Shorter distances are also available for children and young people. Refreshments are provided for all participants in the finish area, and changing rooms and showers are available at the nearby Alois-Böck sports hall.

Changing rooms and showers are available at the Alois-Böck sports hall. Participants who register for the 10 km course at least 14 days before the race will receive a technical shirt; after that, shirts are available while stocks last. Late registration is possible for an additional fee of €5. The race takes place in all weather conditions. Refreshments are provided for everyone at the finish. Participants must accept the DLV terms and conditions. The event includes refreshments, changing rooms, showers and chip timing; online registration is available. Family-friendly and suitable for all age groups.
