Race description
The Alzauenlauf in Trostberg is a traditional race taking place on November 14, 2026. The main course over 10 km runs through the picturesque Trostberger Alzauen, an idyllic forest area along the Alz, the outflow of Lake Chiemsee. The route combines pleasant natural forest paths with a lap in the stadium, offering a varied running experience. In addition to the main race, there are shorter distances for children and adolescents. All participants receive refreshments at the finish area as well as changing rooms and showers in the nearby Alois-Böck-Turnhalle.

Additional information
Number bib collection from 10:30 to 13:00 in the Alois-Böck-Turnhalle. Electronic timing via chip integrated into the bib. Changing rooms and showers are available in the Alois-Böck-Turnhalle. Participants who register at least 14 days before the race for the 10 km distance will receive a functional shirt, while supplies last. Late registrations are possible with an additional fee of €5. The race takes place in any weather. Refreshments are provided at the finish for all participants. Participants must accept the DLV terms and conditions. Event includes refreshments, changing rooms, showers, and chip timing; online registration available; family-friendly and suitable for all age groups.
